We manufacture packaging boxes keeping in view the difficult environmental conditions our products may face in the process of delivery and shipment. At SJP we understand that Master Cartons need to be sturdy and reliable They have the required load bearing capacity, tensile, compression and burst strength (Burst factor).

All our corrugated boxes & cartons go through a thorough process of quality check in the laboratory. Our Quality monitoring system starts at the stage of procurement of raw materials and culminates with the end use of the product by the client.

We ensure that paper and board is procured from some of the best paper mills known for their quality. We use smooth finish paper with a high Burst factor (20 BF to 35 BF). This environment friendly recycled paper is checked for correctness of its GSM and BF. We use Starch based, food grade glue. At each stage of processing random samples are drawn and tested.
